I worked for over a decade in capacities as a television news anchor, biotechnology sales manager, and Wall Street broker. I was successful at my careers and lived the fast-paced NYC lifestyle.
Having worked non-stop for many years, I was fortunate enough to be able to take a break from corporate America. I listened to my body and mind and mostly, my heart, and decided to attend nutrition and life coaching school.
In the process, I learned to take the time to be more in tune with my mind, body, and soul.It was through this process that I began to see a difference…a BIG difference.
The food I ate became nourishment rather than mindless eating. I learned to not only feed my mouth – but to feed my soul.
Seeing the positive changes in my own life – from a healthier mindset to having more fulfilling relationships to working a satisfying career that expresses my true passions – I decided to share with YOU all that I learned.
I have learned to develop and maintain a fitter, healthier figure (I have a better body now than I did in my 20s!). I have learned how to eat and cook healthier to fit my busy lifestyle. I have learned to calm my mind through wellness modalities and spiritual practices. There is a LOT of information out there. My job is to help you sort through all that information and find the foods, exercises, and modalities that work best for YOU.

Born and raised in Manhattan, with time spent living in Australia, Los Angeles and San Francisco, I am a certified holistic health and life coach now based solely in San Francisco. My professional certification is from the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. I am a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have traveled extensively to Asia, Europe, and Australia to evaluate and test different methods of health and wellness and combine Eastern and Western modalities and philosophies in my practice.
With a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Cornell University, I have been an active member of the New York and Los Angeles Junior Leagues. I was the Treasurer and the Chair of Martha Stewart’s Living Well Guides committee at Mount Sinai hospital in NYC. My committee volunteered at Mount Sinai hospital working with seniors – focusing on proper gerontological nutrition and teaching wellness seminars. My previous committee worked with disadvantaged children in the Lower East Side.
I am an endurance athlete who runs 10 to 15 miles a week and incorporate swimming and weight training into my exercise regimen.
