Happy St. Patty’s Day, everyone!
I always looked forward to this holiday because of all the fun green things I could eat and drink! But more often than not, everything I ate and drank on St. Patty’s day was always bad for me.
In honor of today, I decided to eat and drink everything green.. but the healthy kind of green =).
Yes it can seem fun to chomp on some green cupcakes and mash a handful of green popcorn into our mouths and then wash that all down with some green beer. When can a person eat everything green like that and be considered ..well, normal?
Most likely, your face will turn green too … from an upset stomach.
The best kinda green in my book is the natural green. Here is a smorgasbord of all the green I found in my fridge today. Almost everything in my fridge was green ..and I’m not even Irish!
Green is good. Natural green that is.
It’s SO easy to find healthy green foods and drinks on St. Patty’s Day. You can even make your own =). Instead of coffee I had my green juice today!
